• Emergency HVAC services

All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location and system requirements.

• All estimates are based on the information available at the time of evaluation.
• Final pricing may vary depending on actual site conditions, equipment needs, or unforeseen issues.
• We reserve the right to adjust pricing with customer approval prior to completing additional work.
• Written estimates are valid for a limited time, as specified in the estimate.

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• We accept approved payment methods as communicated at the time of service.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted under Georgia law.

• Customers are encouraged to provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to charge a service fee for missed appointments or last-minute cancellations.
• Appointment times are estimates and may be affected by prior service calls or emergencies.

• We stand behind our workmanship and offer warranties on labor and parts where applicable.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to equipment and parts installed.
• Warranty coverage may be void if the system is misused, altered, or not properly maintained.

To the fullest extent permitted under Georgia law:

• AP Comfort shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including weather, supply shortages, or acts of God.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service provided.

Customers agree to:

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property and HVAC systems
• Ensure pets are secured during service visits
• Disclose known issues or hazards that may affect service
• Follow recommended maintenance guidelines after service completion
